MP: Tell us a bit about yourself?

S: My name is Said Baaghil, I’m a brand consultant, author, and speaker. I serve the global market and love what I do.

MP:  How would you describe your feelings the first moment you realized you found your own melting point, your true calling, and move to a different direction?

S: I never realized the truth of what I love till I landed working for Ralph Lauren. There and then I realized my passion for brand and creativity but also my ambition to work on my personal brand and become globally recognized as a brand subject matter expert.

MP: What triggered you?

S: Honestly, my first is Al Ries my mentor, a brand and marketing expert who brought a whole new perspective to the industry and second my passion that's endless.

MP: Have you seen differences in yourself after deciding to follow your own path?

S: I have grown emotionally, spiritually, rationally and financially. I feel I have a much greater
purpose to evolve the industry through my thought sharing and learning.

MP: How do you define success?

S: If success can't be measured as long as you’re alive, your duty doesn't end.

MP: You’ve been working with individuals in developing their personal brands. Why do you think personal branding is important?

S: Absolutely, I have worked with world leaders and C suits. In today's world, if you (don’t) stand out with the values you bring to impact society you'll never be seen or heard of.
